Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within [2–3] business days.

We are a small-batch, family operation — not a warehouse. We pack every order ourselves.

Shipping carriers: USPS / UPS

 

Warm weather note: Tallow balms can soften in transit during summer months.

This does not affect the quality of the product. If your balm arrives soft, place it in a cool area or briefly refrigerate—it will return to normal consistency.

Cold packs: Available on request during warm months. Note in the order or contact us.
